SOLVAZ (the Company) provides systems integration, workflow process applications and related infrastructure for the risk transfer industry (primarily insurance, reinsurance and brokers) through its web-based Insurance Systems Integration Hub (Hub). The Hub uses a patent pending technology, InsLink, that provides a single environment to manage all business and communication issues for integrating applications within and between companies in the risk transfer industry. In addition to its integration solution, SOLVAZ offers the "high-end" of the global insurance and reinsurance market a suite of workflow process applications that mitigate inefficiencies in the risk market. SOLVAZ provides the risk transfer industry the necessary infrastructure for inter-company communication, data exchange, integration of workflow processes, and the management and transfer of risk. These tools will enable the industry to gain new operating efficiencies via its traditional business processes and will empower new e-Business opportunities.
